Legal information
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how wellness-asap.com ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit our website, read our reviews or submit one of our forms. It applies to this website and to the pages we publish under the MoneyPath Daily name.
We keep this policy as plain as we can. If anything here is unclear, write to [email protected] and we will explain it.
In short: we collect the details you type into our forms, plus basic technical and advertising data through cookies. We use them to send you the guide you asked for, to improve our articles and to measure advertising. We never sell your details as a list, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is the operator of wellness-asap.com, which publishes the MoneyPath Daily editorial site. For any privacy question, request or complaint you can contact us at [email protected]. We answer requests within 30 days.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- your name, email address and, if you choose to add it, your phone number when you submit a form;
- the offer or topic you selected, and any answers you give in short surveys;
- the content of messages you send to us by email.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, approximate location (city level), device type, browser, operating system and language;
- the pages you view, the links you click, how long you stay and where you arrived from;
- cookie identifiers and campaign parameters such as UTM tags or click identifiers.
3. Why we use your information
- to send the free guide, site list or offer details you requested, and to follow up about it;
- to answer your questions and provide support;
- to understand which articles and offers are useful, so we can test and improve them;
- to measure advertising performance and pay our partners correctly;
- to keep the website secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with the law.
4. Our legal bases
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: your consent for marketing messages, cookies and advertising measurement; our legitimate interests in running and improving an advertising funded publication, keeping it secure and understanding our audience; and compliance with legal obligations where records must be kept. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting what happened before.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
We and our partners use cookies, pixels and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and remember your choices. Analytics cookies help us count visits and see which sections are read. Advertising cookies and pixels, including tags from ad networks and affiliate networks, let us measure a click or a signup and avoid showing you the same ad repeatedly.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and where a consent banner is shown you can change your choice at any time. Blocking cookies may break parts of the site or stop us from recognising your preferences. Sending "Global Privacy Control" or "Do Not Track" signals from a supported browser will be honoured where required by law.
6. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information as a mailing list. We share it, and the technical data described above, in limited cases:
- Service providers that host the site, run our forms and send email, under contracts that limit how they may use your data;
- Advertising, analytics and affiliate partners that need to know a visit or a form submission happened so campaigns can be measured;
- The offer partner whose guide or service you asked for, so they can contact you about it under their own privacy policy;
- Authorities or advisers where the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of users;
- A buyer in the event of a merger, sale or transfer of the publication, with your data transferred under the same protections.
7. International transfers
Our service providers and advertising partners may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, and we limit processing to what is needed for the purposes described in this policy.
8. How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept while you remain subscribed or for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, whichever is longer, unless a shorter period is required by law. Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you are kept longer. When data is no longer needed we delete it or anonymise it.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information or restrict how we use it;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including direct marketing;
- receive your information in a portable format;
- withdraw consent, and opt out of the sharing of your information for interest based advertising;
- not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise a right, email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request". We may ask for a detail that confirms your identity, such as the email address you used. You can also ask us to stop emailing you using the unsubscribe link in any message.
10. Marketing and third party offers
When you submit our form you agree that we, and the partner whose guide or offer you requested, may contact you about that offer. Every marketing message must include a way to opt out. Opting out of one sender does not automatically opt you out of another, so please use the unsubscribe link in each message you receive, or contact us and we will pass your request on.
11. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and vetted service providers to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password where an account is created and tell us straight away if you suspect misuse.
12. Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Other websites
Our articles link to third party quiz, reward and offer sites. Once you leave our site, their privacy policy applies and we cannot control what they collect. We recommend reading it before you share your details.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our partners, tools or the law change. The current version is always on this page and the "last updated" date at the top shows when it changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on the website.
15. Contact and complaints
For anything privacy related, email [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our answer you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
